About This Publication

We Cover the Tech
That Actually Shapes Tomorrow

Hmx Technology is an independent media brand dedicated to helping professionals navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of emerging technologies — from next-gen chips and quantum computing to AI platforms and cybersecurity. We test, analyze, and curate what genuinely matters — and we're always transparent about how we make money doing it.

Honest Coverage in an Era of Tech Hype

The technology industry moves faster than most people can track. New chips, frameworks, and platforms launch weekly, each promising to reshape how the world computes, communicates, and creates. Some deliver on that promise. Most don't. Our job is to help you tell the difference.

Hmx Technology was founded in 2022 by a team of technology journalists, engineers, and researchers who were frustrated with coverage that read more like investor pitch decks than genuine analysis. We set out to build something different: a publication where technical credibility comes first, where we go beyond press releases, and where we say plainly when something doesn't work as advertised.

We cover semiconductor advancements, quantum computing milestones, AI hardware breakthroughs, cybersecurity threats, and the deep infrastructure powering the modern digital economy — with a focus on practical relevance for engineers, product teams, and technology decision-makers.

Editorial Independence

Our editorial assessments are separate from our commercial relationships. Sponsored content is always clearly labeled.

Technical Rigor

We go beneath the marketing surface. Our team maintains lab access, benchmark data, and direct relationships with engineers at the companies we cover.

Plain Language

We write for practitioners and decision-makers, not insiders. Complex technology, clearly explained. No filler. No buzzwords for their own sake.

Transparent Monetization

We earn money through sponsorships and affiliate commissions. We disclose every commercial relationship on every page where it is relevant.

The People Behind the Publication

Our Business Model, Explained Plainly

We operate a media business, which means we have costs: writers, editors, lab access, software, hosting, and time. We cover those costs through two primary channels.

Sponsored content and advertorials. Technology companies pay us to produce articles that feature their products. These articles are always labeled clearly at the top of the page with the word “Advertorial” or “Sponsored.” We maintain editorial standards for sponsored content: factual accuracy, balanced framing, and clear disclosure. We do not accept payment to write content for products we consider genuinely harmful or misleading.

Affiliate commissions. When we recommend a product and you purchase through our link, we may earn a commission from the provider. This is disclosed in the relevant articles. It does not affect which products we recommend in our non-sponsored editorial coverage.

We believe readers are better served by a publication that is clear about its commercial relationships than one that obscures them.

What We Publish and What We Won’t

We publish: In-depth technology analysis, product evaluations, market intelligence, and clearly-labeled sponsored content from companies whose products we believe offer genuine technical value.
We disclose: Every affiliate relationship, every sponsored article, every commercial connection — on the page where it is relevant, in language that is easy to find and understand.
We don’t publish: Undisclosed sponsored content, misleading product claims, fabricated benchmarks, or advertorials for products we know to be harmful, deceptive, or technically fraudulent.
We don’t guarantee: That sponsored content is unbiased. Readers should apply appropriate skepticism to all advertorial content, including ours. Results mentioned in sponsored articles may vary.
