This California Privacy Notice applies to personal information collected from California residents by HMX Technology Media LLC in connection with the operation of hmxtechnology.com. It supplements and should be read in conjunction with our general Privacy Policy.

We will verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If we require more time, we will inform you in writing and may extend the response period by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide written authorization from you and verify their own identity.
9. Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ("Shine the Light") allows California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
